SPECTACULAR VIEWS – Black Bear Lodge, in Mt. Crested Butte, is one of the newer condo properties. The living area and patio are south facing with spectacular, uncompromised views of Crested Butte valley and the surrounding 12,000-foot peaks, including Mt. Crested Butte and Elk Mountains. Black Bear has a heated garage, elevator access, hot tub, BBQ grill, ski equipment lockers and a community lounge.
Black Bear is located in Mt Crested Butte, just up the hill from the historic town of Crested Butte, which has an array of quaint shops and numerous outstanding restaurants and taverns. Black Bear is 50 yards from the 4 chair West Wall ski lift. Just walk across a quite street. The new Peach Tree lift utilized by ski school is also located by the West Wall lift. The free Town shuttle stops across the street every 20 minutes and takes you into town for the ultimate in travel convenience!
Enjoy the spectacular wildflowers in the “Wildflower Capital of Colorado”, test your abilities on world-class mountain biking trails, hike for miles in the pristine wilderness setting, enjoy the fall foliage colors, (my favorite time of year) and take in the beauty of the mountains.
In the winter, enjoy unsurpassed skiing and snowboarding at Crested Butte Mountain Resort. Nordic skiing right down the bike/rec path to Crested Butte's Nordic trail system, or enjoy the peace and quiet of snowshoeing.

Parking:
One vehicle can be parked in 303’s dedicated parking spot. Please place the provided parking pass in your car. You will love the heated garage!
No trailers or RV's are allowed at the property. There are 2 parking spots dedicated to sprinter vans, located in front of the porte cochere. Also, per HOA regulations, all parking under the porte cochere is for temporary parking only. The good news.....the garage is heated.
The minimum age for all persons is 25 years of age unless you are with your parents.
Unfortunately this property does not allow pets of any kind.I do have a security camera that is facing the front door only.
